A four-phase approach that respects your people's time

We never show up with a generic slide deck. Every engagement follows four phases, each tailored to your organisational context, risk appetite and learning culture.

Phase 01

Diagnostic deep-dive

We interview stakeholders, review performance data and map capability gaps. The output is a concise brief that pins down what "better" actually looks like for your team, with measurable targets agreed up front.

Phase 02

Design and prototype

Our instructional designers build a blended curriculum — mixing live facilitation, peer exercises and digital micro-modules. You review a prototype before anything goes live, and we iterate until the fit is right.

Phase 03

Deliver and embed

Facilitators run sessions in cohorts small enough for genuine interaction. Between sessions, participants complete challenges that anchor new behaviours in real work, not hypothetical case studies.

Phase 04

Measure and refine

We track leading indicators — confidence scores, manager-observed behaviour shifts, and business KPIs you chose in Phase 01. A 90-day review determines whether to scale, adjust or sunset the programme.

Industry specialisations

We bring sector-specific language, case studies and regulatory awareness so your learners feel understood from the first minute.

Financial services and insurance

Compliance-aware leadership programmes, conduct-risk workshops and resilience training for regulated teams. We understand FCA expectations and can weave them into every module without making the content feel like a tick-box exercise.

Public sector and healthcare

Change-management and people-leadership programmes aligned with NHS competency frameworks and civil-service capability models. We have delivered to trusts, councils and executive agencies across England and Northern Ireland.

Technology and SaaS

Scaling-up workshops for fast-growing tech firms — covering first-time manager transitions, cross-functional collaboration and feedback culture. Delivered remotely or on-site at your offices, with async follow-ups for distributed teams.

Construction and engineering

Safety-leadership, site-supervisor development and communication skills for project managers. Our facilitators hold IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications and speak the language of the site, not just the boardroom.

Retail and hospitality

Customer-experience masterclasses, front-line coaching and seasonal on-boarding accelerators. We design for shift patterns, high turnover and multi-site rollout, keeping sessions punchy and immediately applicable.

Professional services

Business-development coaching, presentation skills and partner-track readiness programmes for law firms, consultancies and accountancy practices. We work around billable-hour pressures with modular, half-day formats.

Who we are

Trust Train Network was founded in 2018 by a team of organisational psychologists and former HR directors who were frustrated by the gap between what training promised and what it delivered. We set out to build a consultancy where every programme is measured against real business outcomes, not just happy sheets.

Our core team of twelve facilitators is supported by a network of associate trainers, each vetted through a rigorous observation process. We are based in Northern Ireland but operate across the United Kingdom, with remote delivery options for international clients.

We hold CPD accreditation through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and several of our programmes carry ILM endorsement at levels 3 and 5.

Frequently asked questions

If your question is not covered here, reach out and we will answer within one working day.

From initial diagnostic to the first live session, most programmes take between four and eight weeks. Shorter timescales are possible for off-the-shelf modules that need only light customisation. Complex, multi-cohort rollouts may require ten to twelve weeks of lead time to align with your internal calendars and stakeholder availability.
Yes. Around 40 percent of our delivery is now virtual, using platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom. We design remote sessions differently from in-person ones — shorter blocks, more breakout activities and pre-work to keep energy high. Blended models that combine a face-to-face launch day with virtual follow-ups are our most popular format.
We recommend a minimum of six participants per cohort to create enough diversity of perspective for group exercises. For one-to-one executive coaching, there is no minimum. Maximum cohort size depends on the format, but we rarely exceed sixteen for facilitated workshops.
We quote per programme rather than per head, which means you can add participants without the cost spiralling. A typical half-day workshop for up to twelve people starts from around £1,800 plus VAT. Longer, multi-session programmes are scoped individually after the diagnostic phase. We are always transparent about costs before any commitment.
Several of our leadership programmes carry ILM endorsement at levels 3 and 5, and all participants receive a CPD-certified completion record. If you need bespoke accreditation through a specific awarding body, we can explore that during the design phase — lead times vary depending on the body involved.
